If you can’t, just include a note saying how many of each signed paperback and hardcover books you would like. You also might want to include any specific book numbers you’ve reserved or would like, and whether that number should be a paperback or hardcover. There are 500 numbered and signed books being sold, but many of the preferred book number (99, 303, 250, 300, etc) are taken.

Costs for the signed and numbered books from me are:
Paperback: $26.99 + shipping
Hardcover: $33.99 + shipping

For shipping, add to the book total:
1 book : $5
2-4 books : $8

If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, New Zealand, Germany etc, ask or PM about shipping and I will figure out the amount.

If you want more than 4 books.. bless you. PM me and we’ll figure out the shipping cost.

I probably won’t have the books in hand for another 10-14 days, so shipping will start after I get them.

I won’t be mailing calendars out myself, if you’d like one please order it from this website and the printer will mail it direct to you. Order unsigned books at the same time and they’ll combine shipping. 🙂
